Homes for Blueline: the who, what, and why
More Questions and FAQs:
Why did we form Homes for Blueline?
We wanted to offer REAL discounts to those in law enforcement and give back to a community that has given so much to our team. We have family in law enforcement and we have seen how politics and our leaders have cast aside our heroes. We will not cast aside anyone that fights for our liberties and stands in the front line day in and day out.
How do I receive my discount?
You will receive your discounts directly from the vendors, which means you will receive multiple discounts during your transaction. The largest discount that you'll receive will be in the form of a commission discount or commission rebate. Many of our clients have received a check directly from their real estate agent after closing for thousands of dollars.
What's in it for you?
The short answer: cash back. In the real estate industry, there is a multitude of expenses that arise. Inspection fees, title fees, mortgage fees, moving fees, commissions, and more. We've partnered with other like minded businesses that offer discounts to law enforcement and their families. Discounts will vary, but most of our client receive MORE than $2500 in discounts.
What if I'm already working with an agent?
If you are already working with an agent, then you'll want your agent to reach out to our staff to further discuss how we might help. Because we have direct to consumer discounts, there may be nothing that your agent or their company will offer you for discounts.
How are we different?
Other national programs charge their vendors for the privilege of working with them. This means that there is less money given to the Hero. In effect, we've removed the "middle man" that takes a portion of your discount to run their business. We avoid these major issues and give the discount direct.
Is Homes for Blueline a non-profit?
Homes for Blueline is a for profit organization that works with both buyers and sellers in the United States. Travis Anderson is the founder and lives in St Paul MN. Homes for Blueline does not charge a referral split to the agents that work with our clients. This is distinctly different than our competitors. If you'd like more information, feel free to call.
